Improvisations according to “Kvachi Kvachantiradze” by Mikheil Javakhishvili
The performance begins with Kvachi Kvachantiradze’s birth. At the time of Kvachi’s birth there appear his angel care taker and devil called Eshkha who always follow him. The first word of Newborn Kvachi "Me" has become the motto of his life: "Me, still me, just me, mine, for me, about me." Kvachi’s life is dedicated how to seize other people's money and treasures, others glory and honor. He first reveals his adventurous face when he was still in gymnasium. Where he meets and gathers his mind sharers gang, is always accompanied by them. He performs any minor or major intrigues and machinations. Kvachi is their sole leader. "Never ever dare to teach me a lesson, anybody of you ..." – He warns them. Skales do not exist for Kvachi. He "handles" all the cases everywhere: in Kutaisi, in Odessa and in Petersburg... In Petersburg Kvachi even manages to deceive such an adventurist like Rasputin. Initially he gains, his trust with hypocrisy, and becomes Rasputin's private secretary and guard. Finally he agrees to Lady Harvey who offers money in exchange for his murder. After this Kvachi and his gang returned to their homeland . Soon Georgia declares independence and Kvachi enjoys the unrest... People are spreading rumors, allegedly kvachi brought funds of forty million, accumulated in European banks and he is going to spend it for saving the country and all the people. People easily believe lies. The Red Army gets closer to Tbilisi... Kvachi is not confused even now. he immediately supported them and welcomed new government with the red flag. At the end Kvachi wins the struggle with death, because his mask is eternal...
